Vice President of the Indo-Pacific Academy of Forensic Dentistry
Selma Zukić graduated from the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Sarajevo in 2001. For her success and academic results during her studies, she was awarded the Silver Plaque. After completing dental school, she enrolled in postgraduate studies. In 2008 she obtained the title of Master of Dental Sciences. In the same year, she successfully passed the specialist exam and received the title of specialist in dental diseases and endodontics. After successfully defending her doctoral dissertation in 2012, Dr. Zukić also earned the title of Doctor of Dental Sciences.
Of the professional educations, the educations “Panoramic radiography of the stomatognathic system” and “Aesthetic correction of front and lateral teeth using special techniques” taught by Professor Dr. Bernard Kleibera from the University of Wurzberg, Germany, and “Endodontics-Introduction of Modern Working Techniques” under the leadership of Professor Dr. Gilberto Debelian in the organization of the Akademie fur Zahnarztliche Foretbildung Karlshure, Germany.
She is a member of the Dental Chamber of the Sarajevo Canton, the FBiH Dentists Association, and the president of the Endodontic Section of the USFBiH. Since 2017, she is one of the vice-presidents of the Indo-Pacific Academy of Forensic Dentistry (INPAFO).
