In the digital age, online presence is crucial for the success of any company. One of the most important platforms that allows companies to connect with their customers is Google My Business (GMB). This platform enables companies to showcase their operating hours, location, as well as user ratings and reviews. While positive reviews can be an excellent way to highlight good service, sometimes we face the challenge of negative reviews.<\/span><\/p>\n

Even though “Dental Office” has gained a large number of satisfied clients, it has not been immune to the challenges of fake reviews. Real patients who have experienced grat service and care at the clinic have become its best ambassadors and have frequently left positive reviews to support their favorite dental team.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Dental Office” is a dental clinic located in the heart of the city, where we take care of oral health as well as the smiles of our patients. Dr. Mersiha Avdi\u0107 Sara\u010devi\u0107 earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the prestigious Harvard University in Boston, USA, in 2005. Following her dental studies, Dr. Mersiha continued her professional education in the field of periodontology and implantology, obtaining the titles of a specialist in periodontology and implantology, as well as a Master of Medical Sciences from Harvard University in 2008. She has been a Diplomate of the American Academy of Periodontology since 2009, which is the highest and most prestigious title a specialist can achieve in the USA. Her work and dedication to patients have attracted many satisfied individuals who have experienced exceptional dental care.<\/span><\/p>\n

As a reputable dental clinic, we continuously strive to enhance our services based on feedback and critiques. Comments and reviews from our patients, whether positive or negative, serve as our primary guidance in our work. By this, we mean individuals who are genuinely our patients, those who have visited our clinic and utilized our services. Unfortunately, it sometimes happens that in the online world, individuals without real names, signatures, or detailed descriptions leave negative comments on our Google My Business profile. This can occasionally lead to an imbalance in reviews because we genuinely make an effort to ensure that our patients leave our clinic with smiles on their faces. This is confirmed by the numerous patients who consistently return to us.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through a professional approach, we endeavor to maintain the quality of our services and build lasting relationships with our patient community while attracting new ones, many of whom initially discover us online. Therefore, we nurture our online system, making desired information easily accessible to both existing and prospective patients. We also want to caution them not to take negative reviews at face value, as they often do not reflect genuine experiences.<\/span><\/p>\n

We have built a reputation based on real experiences of satisfied patients and our commitment to providing great services.
